CSR Activity - HMEC & ITOCHU Clean-up Drive
Recognizing the need to maintain a sustainable environment, HMEC organized a CSR Activity Initiative Clean-up Drive in Jebel Ali Industrial area last October 28, 2023. HMEC and ITOCHU worked together to carry out this clean-up drive, in line with our vision to contribute awareness for our environment. With the support of DGRADE for the technicalities of the event such as location mapping and municipal permits, the clean-up drive has been successfully carried out leaving the area clean and free from garbage. This event shows HMEC commitment that we value the sustainable principle of saving our natural resources and to raise awareness to the importance of environmental sanitation and cleanliness. And at the same time, promoting public awareness on waste management and environmental concerns in support of Dubai Municipality’s global campaign of Cleaning up the World.
