Qualifying round for Service Technician Competition 2024 held in Dubai

The Service Technician Competition is dedicated to enhancing service quality, ensuring stable machinery operation, and improving customer satisfaction by training and motivating service personnel. This year's qualifying round was held in Dubai, where selected service staff from five dealers participated.

During the practical test, participants inspected malfunctioning components of excavators and recorded their findings in an inspection report using the ConSite Shot app. Additionally, there was a knowledge test covering hydraulics, electricity, mechanics, and other relevant areas. Participants were also evaluated on their ability to effectively report to customers.

All participants demonstrated their dedication and expertise in inspecting, repairing, and reporting, utilizing their skills and knowledge. The event was a success, fostering interaction and the exchange of knowledge and experiences among participants.

The final competition will be held in Japan in October. We remain committed to collaborating with our dealers to develop reliable solutions for our customers.
