Reports and apps

The ConSite monthly data reporting service gives users a deeper insight into their machines and operations by summarising the information on Global e-Service for each Hitachi model. It shows non-operation and swing efficiency ratings and ratios to highlight performance, and monthly and total number of hours, which can help with maintenance planning, for example.

The ConSite Pocket app allows users to monitor machines wherever they are. It sends alerts on machine health and recommends the best course of action. It also allows users to download the monthly ConSite report and find exact locations for their machines.

Continuous oil monitoring

ConSite also updates owners on the condition of the engine and hydraulic oil in Zaxis-6 and Zaxis-7 excavators. This is thanks to data from the machine’s sensors, which monitor oil quality 24/7.

This solution is the first of its kind in the industry. If the quality of the oil changes, the local dealer will be notified automatically, to ensure the cause can be quickly identified and fixed. This helps to increase machine availability and reduces maintenance requirements, saving time and money for owners.

Instant machine updates

Machines can be updated remotely by dealers without the need for a technician to travel to the job site, thanks to ConSite Air. So, machines can continue working without interruption, and the update can be completed when convenient. ConSite Air also enables machines to be monitored with HCM’s diagnostic tool anywhere in the world, ensuring maximum uptime.
