What changes have you noticed in HCM excavators over the years?
I think the products that have changed over the course of 13 years have become more user-friendly. The cabs have become extremely quiet, and they are pleasant to operate with precise hydraulics. As a result, operators are able to work even more easily for long days in their machines.
What do your customers really think about Hitachi construction machinery?
Our customers tell us that are very satisfied with the reliability of their equipment. They also comment on fuel economy, which is an important benefit to them, and a plus point for the brand. Ease of use and excellent resale value are two of the other main reasons why they choose to invest in Hitachi construction machinery.
And what do you think of Rotator and HCME’s partnership?
I would like to congratulate HCME and Rotator on a very long cooperation of 40 years. During this time, Hitachi has increased its market share really significantly in Finland and gained the top position.
