What is ConSite?

ConSite uses advanced data technology to monitor and analyse construction machinery, ensuring optimal performance and reducing downtime. It provides real-time diagnostics, maintenance recommendations, and valuable insights to help you maximize the efficiency and lifespan of your equipment.

Within ConSite there are several apps and solutions:

ConSite Data Report

This provides daily operation and summary reports via email for each machine, and notifications of abnormalities and inspection timings. Data reports can be checked at any time via Owner’s Site, the ConSite Pocket smartphone app and via email (if the user has set this up).

ConSite Pocket App

The ConSite Pocket app was designed for you to monitor your machine in real-time. This easy-to-use mobile app was built to complement our Global e-Service machine condition management system. The app has been developed with the machine owner in mind and has a user-friendly interface so that you can focus on these great features.

It will alert you when maintenance is due, or an alarm has been triggered. You can also check oil condition (if your machinery is equipped with Oil Sensor), see the location of machine, and much more.

To use ConSite Pocket, register with Global e-Service and ConSite, download the app (iOS / Android) and login to get started.

ConSite Shot

This application can generate visual inspection reports using the camera of a smartphone. We offer ConSite Shot for construction equipment and ConSite Mine Shot for mining machines. Since there are guidelines on where to take pictures during the inspection, it is easy to create reports that can be shared with your local dealer and used for future reference to check the history of the machine.

Completing a daily inspection using ConSite Shot before starting the machine also helps ensure that machinery is safe to work with.

What is ConSite Oil?

A service solution that informs you and your dealer about changes in the oil condition of your machines, and supports everything from inspection to repair. Constant monitoring is possible due to an oil sensor mounted on the machine and Hitachi Construction Machinery's unique algorithm.

HCM is currently the only machinery manufacturer with an oil sensor. This allows you to check oil usage hours, contamination, kinematic viscosity and deterioration.
