Hitachi delivers maximum mining productivity

The only coal mine in Montenegro (operated by Rudnik Uglja AD) has invested in Hitachi EX1200-6 and EX2600-6 large excavators to help it fulfil its demanding quota.

“We chose Hitachi, because we were satisfied by the balance of technical quality, performance and cost-effectiveness,” confirms Director of Development and Investment Dane Čamdžić.

Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (HCM) has announced the launch of the EX2000-7 ultra-large excavator. The new model consumes up to 19% less fuel while maintaining the same levels of productivity as the EX1900-6. This is achieved by energy-efficient features including a new hydraulic circuit and work mode selection function.
