Telematics API

Hitachi Construction Machinery provides operational data about the machines and equipment owned and operated on construction sites to customers and dealers through the Telematics API, which complies with the ISO 15143-3 (AEMP 2.0) standard.
Operational data provided by the Telematics API realizes higher efficiency, productivity, and safety as well as reduces life cycle costs.

Owners who use the Hitachi Construction Machinery API can:

  • Acquire operational information about machines complying with the AEMP 1.2 or ISO-15143-3 (AEMP 2.0)*1
  • Use more real-time operational data (every 60 minutes/10 minutes) than the conventional frequency of data communications (every 24 hours)*2
  • Select one of several authentication methods to easily link your current Asset Management Systems (AMS) and Fleet Management Systems (FMS)
