The Hitachi Construction Machinery Group plans to gradually adjust production in 4 domestic plants from April to May for integrated production, assembly, and painting as shown below, in light of the decline in demand worldwide due to the spread of COVID-19.

Going forward, the Hitachi Construction Machinery Group will review its production plans as necessary, depending on the tightening of regulations by governments in each country or region.

The spread of COVID-19 and their prolonged duration are having an impact on the lives of people around the world. The entire group will work together to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 from spreading and resolve the confusion.
