Caution Regarding Suspicious calls or E-mails Posing as Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. or the Hitachi Construction Machinery Group

Recently, there have been cases that calls or e-mails posing as the Hitachi Construction Machinery Group employees have been sent with take invoices asking for payment into specified bank accounts.
Please confirm the followings when placing an order or conducting any other transaction with the Hitachi Construction Machinery Group.
- Are the e-mail addresses or the phone numbers of the sender and recipient authentic?
- Is the bank account on the invoice regularly used one?
- Is the signature on the invoice authentic?
In the case of a suspicious claim content, so please confirm by phone or e-mail to your sales representative.
