1H FY2014 Environment Policy Division Meeting

On September 25, Hitachi Construction Machinery held the 1H FY2014 Environment Policy Division Meeting at its headquarters. A total of 33 people, comprising representatives from group companies and members of the Environment Policy Division, participated in the meeting. Representatives and Environment Policy Division members at overseas group companies participated via a Web conference.

Participants in the meeting discussed the status of environmental activities being carried out in FY2014, policies and measures going forward, and goals for FY2015 and thereafter. Each group company also reported on their environmental activities. A number of other topics were also introduced. The Hitachi Construction Machinery Group as a whole aims to continue to promote environmental management going forward.
