Spring Cleaning at Yamagata Rinkuu Industrial Park (Hitachi Construction Machinery Camino)

Every April 18 companies at the Yamagata Rinkuu Industrial Park, home to Hitachi Construction Machinery Camino, work together to cleanup along the roads around their companies. The motto is to clean up the area around your company yourself.

National Route 287 runs in front of the factory. There is a lot of trash due to the heavy volume of traffic along this route. Consequently, trash has to be cleaned up routinely. During the winter months, snow builds up along the roadside therefore a group effort to clean up the area is carried out in spring after the snow has melted. Going forward, Hitachi Construction Machinery Camion plans to actively participate in local environmental activities to help promote these initiatives.
