Environmental Protection Activities to Make the World Green (PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk (Indonesia))

PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk is conducting environmental protection activities in each region where it has a branch office to contribute to the global environment.

1.World Environment Day (Sangatta branch)

In celebration of World Environment Day (June 5, 2015), we are carrying out tree-planting activities. We planted various trees, including Mango, Tanjung, and Rambai. This event is held annually. We are raising environmental protection awareness through these activities to contribute to the global environment.

2.“One man, five trees” (Kideco Project, Batu Kajang branch)

We participated in the “One man, five trees” program sponsored by P.T. Kideco, owner of the site. As the name suggests, one person plants five trees. The goal is to contribute to global environmental protection. Trees were planted at Batu Kajang branch of PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk.

3.Clean Friday (Berau Lati branch)

We are participating in monthly activities sponsored by P.T. Berau Coal, a coal owner. We work with all business partners in this coal area to clean up farming areas and revitalize greenery by planting trees after mining operations are completed.
