Scholarship in Support of University Students (Hitachi Construction Machinery (China))

On August 20th, Hitachi Construction Machinery (China) attended the ceremony called “giving university students light” organized by Hefei City, Anhui Province, in which scholarship donations were presented.

This ceremony is part of the activities in support of scholarships for university students under the Hefei City Project Hope. Hitachi Construction Machinery (China) was invited as a company representative for its donation of 100,000 RMB to the Hefei City Youth Development Fund in order to support scholarships for university students enrolling this year. The ceremony was attended by around 500 people, including senior officials from the Anhui Province Communist Youth League, Hefei City CPC Committee and city government as well as representatives from companies that made donations along with individuals and representatives of university students receiving scholarships.

Hitachi Construction Machinery (China) has donated to the Hefei City Project Hope with the goal of supporting the health and growth of youth. It also assisted with the construction of Hitachi Construction Machinery Songgang Xi Wang Elementary School and has planned various training and study activities for the students of this school.

Hitachi Construction Machinery (China) will continue to support the growth of students and children for the development of community education in Hefei City.
