Market Performance

Revenue from the mining business has been on an upward trend since 2020. It continues to grow not only through machine sales but also through the expansion of new businesses such as Specialized parts and service.

*FY : Our financial year (FY) is from April 1 to March 31.

In addition to the growth in machine sales, the proportion of parts and services and Specialized parts and service was about 70% in 2023. We provide total support, including after-sales service and digital solutions.

*Specialized Parts and Service : The business segment primarily intends to provide development, production, distribution of parts and service solutions for mining facilities and equipment after the sales made that are not included in the construction machinery business segment.

We launched a product at the early stage when hydraulic excavators first began to be used in mining, which has helped us to establish a solid position that continues to this day. We have a particularly high market share, about 30%, in excavators.

However, compared to excavators, dump trucks still have room to expand their market share.
