Remote Support tool "ConSite Air"
ConSite Air is a remote support tool for keeping an eye on our customers machine remotely, even if the machine is located in a distant place, and maintaining the machine performance in a good condition.
This tool remotely provides you the service whenever required, reduces downtime of the machine, and decreases the life cycle cost.

By understanding the machine condition remotely, you can receive initial service promptly even if an emergency machine trouble occurs.
When updating, the customer do not have to request the construction site for non-operation.
Using ConSite Air
- ConSite Air is intended for use in machines equipped with our company's 7 Series or later mobile communication terminals. Please note that it cannot be used in other machines.
- Because connection to machines occurs via mobile communication, usage outside of mobile communication service areas is not possible.
- Please contact the dealer where you purchased your machine to confirm the availability of remote diagnosis.
- Remote diagnosis does not guarantee increased speed of service delivery. For safety, always follow the instructions of the service staff during remote diagnosis.
- Version upgrades performed using the remote software update feature do not guarantee enhancement of machinery performance. In addition, it may not be possible to perform software updates remotely.
- Before using the remote software update feature, confirm procedures in the instruction manual.
