We would like to announce that Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., has decided to sale 70% share of stocks for HCMLT to TISCO Tokyo Leasing Co.,Ltd and Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation to establish a Joint Venture Finance company in Kingdom of Thailand from April 2015.

The aim of the new partnerships is to utilize the finance expertise of partners and provide the best financial solutions to the customers and strengthen the sales of the Hitachi Construction Machinery Group’s products within Kingdom of Thailand, which anticipates increase demand in constructions and infrastructure sectors. This new structure will help to improve the corporate value of Hitachi Construction Machinery in Kingdom of Thailand.
